The Lord has shown us that everyone needs ministry in the following four problem areas. We minister hope and freedom to these areas in an integrated way for deep and lasting healing.
Our God has a generational perspective. This problem is rooted in the second commandment (exodus 20:5). God visits “the iniquities of the fathers upon the children unto the 3rd and 4th generations”. A pattern given in Leviticus 26:40 guides us to freedom, as we confess our family’s sin as well as our own. We appropriate Christ’s sacrifice on the Cross to break curses (Galations 3:13) and receive our godly inheritance.
We form Ungodly Beliefs from life’s hurtful circumstances and we inherit them from our family. They can be changed into Godly Beliefs through repentance and renewing our minds (Romans 12:2), enabling us to be in agreement with God.
There is a truth above the facts: God’s truth. Gaining God’s perspective and His truth about our life and experiences is essential. With it, we can understand our identity as God’s beloved child and appropriate His healing and freedom in our life. Our God is a God of truth.
Jesus came to heal the brokenhearted (Luke 4:18). As we “Wait upon the Lord” with “Listening Prayer”, He brings healing to the life-long hurts of our soul and spirit.
God heals hurts. He is waiting and ready to touch our deepest pain if we will let Him. In a sense, His healing is another divine exchange, in which we offer to Him our hurt and He offers to us His healing. Most of us do not know how to go about receiving this wonderful gift He has to offer.
Restoring The Foundations leads you to the Father’s gentle touch that brings lasting healing.
After we have “co-labored with Christ” to bring freedom and healing to the first three problem areas in our lives, the demonic strongholds oppressing us can be disassembled and removed (Mark 16:17). Our God sets His people free!
